Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product/service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through phone. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Update customer details and interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.
Eligibility
12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company requirement).
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of customer service, BPO, or call center experience can apply.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts .
