We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding service experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a customer-first attitude.
Manage inbound and outbound communication through phone, email, and chat channels.
Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery.
Provide customers with information about products, services, and company policies.
Identify recurring issues and share feedback with relevant teams to improve processes.
Uphold company standards and represent Khannba Enterprises with integrity and empathy.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in customer service or client support (fresh can apply).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and solution-oriented under pressure.
