Role Description – Sales Expert

NoBroker.com is hiring Sales Experts for a full-time work-from-home role. The Sales Expert will be responsible for handling customer interactions, understanding their property needs, providing personalized property recommendations, and guiding customers throughout their property journey.

The role involves achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via calls and online platforms

  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options

  • Assist customers throughout the buying/renting process

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

  • Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proficiency in Sales / Retail Sales

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Customer-focused approach with relationship-building ability

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills (preferred)

  • Languages Required:

    • Kannada, English, Tamil (South Indian languages preferred)

    • Hindi and English mandatory

  • Education:

    • Minimum qualification: Post 10th pass

    • BTech is NOT required

  • Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

  • Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month (fixed)
