We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients and help them find the right caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails to address client inquiries about nanny/babysitter services.
Understand client requirements (timings, location, type of care, etc.) and suggest suitable caregiver options.
Maintain strong communication with both clients and caregivers to ensure smooth coordination.
Keep accurate records of client requests, caregiver availability, and service follow-ups.
Resolve client issues, complaints, or concerns politely and professionally.
