Customer Service Executive
Job Summary
we are seeking a client-focused Customer Service Executive to handle calls and WhatsApp chats, understand client requirements, and coordinate with caregivers. The role involves managing service requests, maintaining records, collecting documents, and ensuring smooth service delivery with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1.	Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering
•	Communicate with clients through calls and WhatsApp to understand their care requirements (nanny, babysitter, elderly care, or patient care).
•	Collect detailed information regarding services needed and client preferences.
2.	Service Coordination
•	Share suitable caregiver options with clients and arrange their feedback.
•	Coordinate between clients and caregivers to ensure proper matching.
•	Follow up with clients until service confirmation and onboarding.
3.	Record Management
•	Maintain accurate daily records of client requests, caregiver responses, and confirmed services.
•	Collect and organize required nanny/caregiver documents and customer agreements.
4.	Contract & Payment Monitoring
•	Ensure salary commitments to nannies/caregivers are maintained throughout the duration of the contract.
•	Coordinate with the concerned department to track contract terms and payments.
5.	Professional Conduct
•	Handle client and caregiver information with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
•	Maintain a positive, supportive, and solution-oriented approach in all client interactions.
