• Domestic Inbound & Outbound Calling
• 8 Hours Login + 1 Hour Break
• 6 Days Working | Rotational Week Off
• Males – Rotational Shifts
• Females – Day Shift (may extend till 8 PM)

💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,500 In-Hand
🌙 Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,500 (if shift extends till 10 PM)

🔹 Responsibilities

✔ Handle customer queries professionally
✔ Provide product/service information
✔ Maintain CRM records & follow-ups
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction & quality standards
✔ Escalate complex issues when required

🔹 Eligibility

🎓 12th Pass or Above
🗣 Good communication skills in English & local language
⌨ Basic computer knowledge & typing speed (25–30 WPM)
🤝 Positive attitude & customer handling skills
