Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi.
Resolve queries related to Uttar Pradesh Electricity services.
Provide accurate information and first-call resolution to customers.
Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department.
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
Ensure excellent customer service and meet daily call quality targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate (any stream) – Mandatory.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in BPO/Customer Support will be an added advantage.
