• We are looking for a female candidate with the potential and passion to work in a fashion house and knowledge of fashion, styling & trends.

• We seek a skilled Chat Support Executive to support our Customer Query Resolution .

• This role is unique blend of creativity and attention to designing with knowledge of editing, design creation, typography and video editing.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

• Candidate will be fluent in English

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all interactions are positive and productive.
