Industry: Logistics & Courier Services
Experience: 1–3 Years (BPO / Customer Support – Voice & Non-Voice)
Location: BANI PARK JAIPUR
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive with prior experience in Logistics & Courier services and a BPO background. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, track shipments, resolve complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to pickup, delivery, shipment tracking, delays, and POD

  • Coordinate with operations, delivery teams, and hubs to resolve customer issues

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Follow up on escalations and ensure timely resolution as per SLA

  • Provide correct information about services, charges, and timelines

  • Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in BPO / Customer Support

  • Experience in Logistics, Courier, or Supply Chain industry preferred

  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)

  • Ability to handle customers politely and professionally under pressure

  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and email handling

  • Problem-solving and follow-up skills

  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in Courier Tracking, NDR handling, and escalation management

  • Strong coordination skills with internal teams

  • Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail
