ob Title: Telecaller – Customer Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Customer Support team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, or company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given timeframe.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets.

  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language as required).

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

  • Prior experience in customer support or telecalling (preferred but not mandatory).


Working Conditions:
