• Answer incoming calls, emails from customers.
• Provide accurate information .
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
• Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
