The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer lifecycle operations across Shopify, marketplaces, and internal coordination. The role ensures seamless order fulfilment, customer satisfaction, payment tracking, and issue resolution across Pan India operations.

Ideal Candidate-
1) Experience in Shopify & D2C operations/Experience in Growth
2) Strong Excel & reporting skills
3) Good coordination & problem-solving ability
4) Good communication skills (Preferably English and Hindi)
