We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Centre Executives for our Voice Support Team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English along with any one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu), and be able to handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, support, and service
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times
Document call details and follow up as needed
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department
Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality benchmarks
Key Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and any one of the following language combinations:
Kannada + English
Tamil + Kannada
Telugu + Kannada
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM or call center software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)
Education:
Minimum 10+2 (PUC), Graduation preferred
