Customer Care Executive | Work From Office, Bhopal
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a leading food delivery brand's customer support process. This is an office-based role in Bhopal with an ongoing requirement, so immediate joiners are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries.
Assist customers with orders, delivery status and refunds.
Maintain quality, accuracy and response-time standards.
Salary
Freshers: 13,000 per month plus 1,000 performance bonus.
Experienced: 14,000 per month plus 1,000 performance bonus.
Night shift allowance is applicable.
Incentives and extra pay for candidates who know Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese or Oriya.
Training
30 days of training with a stipend of 8,000. Training is conducted in English.
Shift and Working Days
Rotational shifts, 8 working hours plus 1 hour break.
6 days working.
Eligibility
12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome.
Good English communication is required.
Male and female candidates both welcome.
