Job Description

We are hiring Tele-callers who are passionate about interacting with people and building meaningful connections over the phone. If you’re confident, target-driven, and have a knack for communication, we’d love to have you on-board!

Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers.

 Provide accurate information about products and assist with their usage.

 Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs.

 Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.

 Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

 Generate reports on customer feedback, queries, and complaints.

 Handle customer feedback with professionalism.

Skills Required:

 Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil. (Multilingual)

 Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

 Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage CRM software.

 Empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer concerns. Prior experience in tele-calling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
