Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
