Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive for our international non-voice process. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries through email, chat, or ticketing platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via email, live chat, or support ticketing tools.
Resolve issues related to product or service inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain customer service standards and ensure timely response and resolution.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Document interactions and keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department/team when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to data security guidelines.
Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Typing speed of at least 30–40 WPM with accuracy.
Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts as per process needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
PUC ,Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
