Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Care Support Executive to assist mobile app users with queries, troubleshooting, and feature guidance. You will ensure timely resolutions, maintain customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the tech team to improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls.
• Provide quick and accurate solutions to app-related issues.
• Troubleshoot problems; escalate when needed.
• Document issues, feedback, and resolutions in CRM.
• Stay updated on app features and updates.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (IT/Business/Communication preferred).
• 1–3 years in customer support (mobile app/software).
• Strong communication in English & Hindi.
• Knowledge of Android/iOS basics & troubleshooting.
• Experience with CRM/ticketing tools.
• Problem-solving with patience and empathy.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Application support.
• Familiarity with ERP/ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of app testing & bug reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple queries in a fast-paced environment
