Customer Care Executive

About the role

Makeupaura Private Limited is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Zirakpur.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for speaking with brides over the phone, verifying booking and requirement details, conducting regular follow-ups, maintaining accurate customer data, and coordinating with makeup artists to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Key responsibilities:

Make daily outbound calls to brides and understand their makeup/service requirements.

Verify and confirm important customer details such as wedding date, venue, location, makeup requirements, contact details, and booking status.

Conduct regular follow-ups with brides to confirm requirements and provide necessary updates.

Coordinate with customers regarding appointments, bookings, availability, and other service-related requirements.

Coordinate with makeup artists regarding customer requirements, booking details, dates, venues, and schedules.

Maintain and regularly update customer and booking information in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.

Ensure that all customer data and follow-up statuses are updated accurately on a daily basis.

Track pending follow-ups and ensure timely communication with customers and makeup artists.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.

• Escalate important or unresolved issues to the concerned senior/team leader.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, confirmations, and customer feedback.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination between brides and makeup artists.

• Achieve daily follow-up, calling, data-management, and performance targets.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
