Job Opening: Customer Support Executive/

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. And Chat support executives

Job Role:

Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

Maintain a positive and professional attitude

Record customer interactions in the system

Follow company guidelines and quality standards

Multiple Processes Available:

Voice Process (Inbound/Outbound)

Non-Voice Process (Chat/Email)

Blended Process

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Based on experience & process)

Performance incentives available

Eligibility:

Age criteria = 18 to 35

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge
