Job Summary
The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information about our legal services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Explain the firm's legal services and direct clients to the appropriate department.
Schedule appointments for advocates and legal consultants.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding their queries.
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client support.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi (preferred).
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and courteous behavior.
Eligibility
Any Graduate (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Candidates with customer service, BPO, telecalling, or client support internship experience will have an added advantage.
