About the Role
We are hiring Chat / Customer Service Representatives to support customers through
email, call and chat channels. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-
solving, technology, and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries via chat and email
• Resolve technical and service-related issues
• Provide accurate information and solutions
• Make outbound calls to customers/partners when required
Requirements
• 6+ months of customer service experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma
• Excellent written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift
• Travel and hospitality experience is a plus
