Job Description

Job Title - Associate

Reports to Team Leader

JOB PURPOSE-

  • Responsible for solving queries in regard to services or products provided by company and collect desired information from clients and maintain healthy relationships.

    Core Responsibilities-

  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

  • Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

  • Complete daily call targets in a timely manner.

  • Maintain customer data in CRM.

  • Lead conversion.

  • To write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.

Job Requirement: -

Work in BPO / Call Center environment

 Rotational shifts & Weekly off

 Age Bracket – (18-35 Years)

 Minimum Qualifications Graduation / 12th pass Experience 0-3 Years Technical Skills

 Computer Knowledge & Operating skills

 Typing Speed should be good min 20 WPM Behavioral Skills

 Communication skills.

 Patience

Language Skills  English  Hindi  Marathi
