Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our diagnostics team as a Customer Support Executive. The role involves assisting patients and clients with inquiries, providing test information, handling reports, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at our diagnostic center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

• Provide accurate information regarding available tests, pricing, packages, and reports.

• Coordinate with lab technicians, radiologists, and doctors for timely service delivery.

• Ensure proper documentation, collection.

• Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.

• Maintain records of patient interactions and update management systems.

• Ensure confidentiality of patient information as per company and healthcare guidelines.

• Support administrative functions of the diagnostics center when required.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
