  • Assist clients in filling up account opening forms (online/offline).

  • Collect, verify, and process KYC documents as per SEBI & company guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements during the onboarding process.

  • Guide customers on the features, benefits, and usage of demat and trading accounts.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for account activation and issue resolution.
