Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Tellecalling Executive to join our team at Kawach Ayurveda to handle customer calls, Convince them to purchase our ayurvedic medicines and resolve queries related to Ayurvedic Medicine Sales. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a good relationship with clients..

• Handling calls, emails etc.

• Maintaining google sheet.

• Convince them to purchase our ayurvedic medicines.

• Mollow up the clients.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
