Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service/BPO is a plus (freshers can also apply).
Work Details:
Shift: Rotational shifts for male, day shift for female.
Working Days: 5–6 days a week
Location: Gurgaon.
