Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. This role requires good communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, messages, and emails professionally

• Assist customers with bookings, tour details, and general inquiries

• Provide complete and accurate information to customers

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

• Maintain and update customer records in the system

• Follow company policies and service standards

• Coordinate with relevant departments when required

• Achieve daily and monthly customer service targets

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Graduation preferred)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, email, data entry)

• Customer service or call center experience will be an advantage

• Ability to work in a team and handle work pressure

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Package: PKR 16,500 – 22,500

• Incentive: PKR 3,000 (performance-based)
