We are hiring Customer Care Executives to join our team in Dehradun. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the voice of the company, addressing customer needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude during all customer interactions.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department for resolution.
Ensure timely follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and resolution rate.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Freshers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
Familiarity with basic computer applications is an advantage.
