Job Description: Domestic Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines.
Maintain call logs, customer information, and follow-up details as required.
Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, Hindi and any one regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam).
Good communication and basic computer skills.
