Job Description: Domestic Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions within defined timelines.

  • Maintain call logs, customer information, and follow-up details as required.

  • Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, Hindi and any one regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam).
