As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers—addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing professional assistance to enhance customer satisfaction. This position is essential for maintaining a positive brand image and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and detailed solutions to customer queries and breakdowns.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers toward effective resolutions.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex matters as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, share feedback, and contribute toward continuous process improvements.

  • Follow up with customers to assure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills.

  • Consistently uphold company values and deliver outstanding customer service.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; preferred specialisation in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering (or related diploma/degree).

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools.

  • Solution-oriented mindset and effective problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to adapt and respond to various customer personalities and situations.

Preferred Specialisations:

  • Diploma, BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Automotive Engineering, or Diploma in Computer Application (as relevant).
