Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
•Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
•Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
•Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
•Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
•Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
•Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
•Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, logistics) to resolve customer issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
•Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
•Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
•Prior experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Both fresher and experienced candidates can apply for this customer service role.
•Experience in telecom, BPO, and Telesales industries is a plus.
•Fluency in English and Hindi
