Job Description

🔹 Designation: Escalation Desk Support (L2 – Senior Role)

🔹 Salary: Up to ₹27,000 CTC

🔹 Experience: 1+ year in Voice Process/Customer Handling

🔹 Eligibility: Graduates/Undergraduates

🔹 Work Schedule: 5 days/week, Rotational Shifts (Mostly Day Shifts)

🔹 Shift Timing: 10-hour shifts (including 1-hour break)

🔹 Training: 1-month (Night Shifts may apply)
