Job Title: Insurance Executive (Health/General Insurance)


Company: Cogent E Service's (Apollo Pharmacy)


Job Type: Full-time (6 Days a Week)

Interview timing: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Please arrive 15 minutes early)


Job Responsibilities:


Insurance Expertise: Handling queries, claims, and providing customer support regarding Health and General Insurance policies.


Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers to provide insurance solutions and advice, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.


Policy Management: Assist in policy renewals, new applications, and modifications as required.


Documentation: Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of required documents for policy processing.

Key Requirements:


Experience: Minimum of 6 months in Health or General Insurance (preferred).


Languages: Proficiency in English and additional support for languages like Telugu & Tamil.

Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC, based on previous experience and interview performance.
