Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You’ll handle inquiries across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or live chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product/service information and guidance to customers
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Meet or exceed performance metrics including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
Continuously develop knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Requirements:
High school or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor
Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
