Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Process: 100% Voice

Role Summary:
Handle incoming customer calls, provide accurate information, and resolve customer queries politely in Hindi or Marathi. Maintain customer records and ensure a professional service experience while meeting daily and weekly targets.

Eligibility:

  • Education: 12th Pass (Graduation pursuing accepted)

  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced

  • Language: Hindi & Marathi mandatory

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge
