We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our e-commerce support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a delightful online shopping experience.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Resolve complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order-related issues.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve overall customer experience.
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–5 years in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce setup.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
Empathy, patience, and problem-solving attitude.
