Role: Customer Care Expert
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls for the airlines process.
• Manage customer queries and provide proper customer care.
• Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions.
• Assist domestic and international customers with their concerns.
• Maintain good customer handling and communication.
Facilities:
• One-side cab facility (within 30 km).
• 5 days working.
• Rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Salary:
