We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive (Malayalam Language). The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent service, address customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls and provide prompt and accurate assistance.
• Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback or to provide relevant information.
• Address customer complaints, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating with customers.
• Update and manage customer information accurately in the system.
• Work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
• Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide product or service-related information and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards.
