We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our real estate operations team as Customer Support Executives. This role involves handling semi-voice processes, coordinating effectively with property owners, tenants, and vendors, and ensuring smooth communication and resolution of queries.
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chats.
Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Resolve queries related to property management, complaints, agreements, and other service requirements.
Provide excellent customer experience by ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of issues.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass (Freshers Welcome).
Experience: 0 – 2 years (Customer Support / Real Estate background preferred, not mandatory).
Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to handle both voice & non-voice (semi-voice) processes.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
