Customer Care Executive

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification is 12th and Experience Range is 1 year in BPO. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 Days week during the Shift Type shift.
