Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join Harold Electricals. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries via phone calls and chat support, ensure timely ticket resolution, and coordinate for on-time material dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and chat support.
Log, track, and close support tickets within defined timelines.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely material dispatch.
Provide product/service information to customers and resolve complaints.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and service quality targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support / call center / service desk preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal).
Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously (phone + chat).
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic computer knowledge.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams for material dispatch.
