Customer Care Executive

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with 2+ years of experience to manage customer queries, order issues, and service requests across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, WhatsApp, and email queries.

• Manage COD confirmation, NDR follow-ups, returns, exchanges, and delivery issues.

• Coordinate with logistics for order tracking, RTO, and complaint resolution.

• Provide product information and assist with sales queries.

• Maintain CRM entries and daily reports.

• Ensure quick, polite, and accurate customer support.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer support experience (e-commerce preferred).

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

• Knowledge of CRM tools, basic Excel, order flow & customer handling.

• Good problem-solving and customer-first attitude.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
