Job Opportunity – Customer Support Executive (Work from Office)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Position: Customer Support Executive

Process Options:

• International Voice/Non-Voice (Night Shift)

• Domestic Voice (Day Shift)

Salary:

• International Process: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC

• Domestic Process: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 CTC

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails

• Provide accurate and timely resolutions

• Maintain strong and professional customer relationships

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed

• Consistently meet performance and quality benchmarks

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience (preferred)

• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written

• Basic computer knowledge

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day, Noon, Night – 9 hours)

• 5.5 days working per week
