Job Description

*Key Responsibilities*Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi.Resolve queries related to Uttar Pradesh Electricity services.Provide accurate information and first-call resolution to customers.Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department.Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.Ensure excellent customer service and meet daily call quality targets.*Required Qualifications & Skills**Education: Graduate (any stream) – Mandatory.**Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi (basic English preferred).**Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).**Freshers are welcome; prior experience in BPO/Customer Support will be an added advantage.*
