Role: Customer Care Executive (Inbound)
Working Days: 5 or 6 days working
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Flexibility required)
Week Offs: Rotational Week Offs
Training: 7 Days (Unpaid)
Salary: ₹10,000-15,000
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Undergraduate and Graduate Both
Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Average communication skills (Hindi & English)

Handle inbound customer queries professionally
Provide accurate information about services & plans
Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain call records and follow company guidelines
Upsell/cross-sell services when required
Skills Required:
Good verbal communication
Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work in rotational shifts
