Location- Lucknow

Agents have to handle Chat, Emails & calls from customer and riders as well, shall fluently speak, write and com99prehend in English, and Hindi.

Eligibility Criteria’s :-

 

·        Average Communication in English.

·        Fresher & Experience both can Apply.

·        Graduates & Undergraduates.

·        Experience candidates must have minimum 6 months of documented experience in any customer Service. (Any   Experience)

·        Six days working and 1 rotational Week off.

·        Training is Paid/ Mandatory to clear certification post Training.

 

Screening Round :- 

·        HR Interview.

·        Typing Test - Speed 25/85 Minimum

·        Typing Versant

·        Operations Interview.

 Salary:-

 

1,72,000 - 1,84,400 P.A
