Our company is growing rapidly and is looking for a Customer Care

Responsibilities for (Customer care executive/ Manager)
Handling Customers Query / Issues and fix it.
Sharing the new product details with client and follow-ups.
Take the feedback.
Assisting with any travel-related issues that may arise.
Maintaining data of Employee & couriers/incoming & outgoing mail and
Organizing meetings.
Handel Basic office HR & Administration work. Records, Maintain employee
records.
Maintained human resource files and documents as per the company
policy.
Build a strong relationship with new and existing customers.
Maintaining positive relationships with vendors of travel, such as transport &
hotels.
Answer queries by employees and clients.
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Required Qualifications
• Working knowledge of WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK and Email
• Strong interpersonal ability to interface with employees at all levels and
hotel vendors
• Graduate/MBA
Office Timing 10 to 7 (6 working days)
