This role focuses on re-engaging and activating dormant clients for a Kochi-based financial services contact centre. The executive will be responsible for driving business growth through Mutual Funds (MF), Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), and IPO participations.
Core Responsibilities
Dormant Account Activation: Connect with inactive clients to understand reasons for dormancy and guide them through the Account Reactivation Process for MF and SIP portfolios.
Inbound/Outbound Sales: Execute proactive outbound calls to existing leads and dormant databases to pitch new financial products and upcoming IPOs.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client queries regarding platform usage, investment tracking, and documentation.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily and monthly activation and sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and activations strictly adhere to SEBI and AMFI regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 0–3 years in Customer Support, BPO, or Financial Sales. Previous experience in a call centre or wealth management firm is highly preferred.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial markets, including the mechanics of SIPs, Equity/Mutual Funds, and the IPO subscription process.
Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential for the Kochi market; proficiency in Hindi or Tamil is a significant advantage.
Certifications: NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
Incentive Structure: Competitive performance-linked incentives based on account activation volume and sales value.
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), typically operating during standard market hours (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM).
