Key Roles & Responsibilities
Execute Hyundai service marketing campaigns (Paid Service, Value Added Services, Seasonal Camps, etc.)
Conduct service due, reminder, and retention calls to existing customers
Promote Hyundai AMC, Extended Warranty, RSA, and Value-Added Services
Coordinate with service advisors for customer appointments and follow-ups
Analyze inactive customers and implement win-back strategies
Maintain and update customer data in Hyundai CRM / DMS
Track campaign performance and prepare daily / monthly MIS reports
Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints as per Hyundai guidelines
Support service revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling activities
Ensure compliance with Hyundai CSI & process standards
