Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute Hyundai service marketing campaigns (Paid Service, Value Added Services, Seasonal Camps, etc.)

  • Conduct service due, reminder, and retention calls to existing customers

  • Promote Hyundai AMC, Extended Warranty, RSA, and Value-Added Services

  • Coordinate with service advisors for customer appointments and follow-ups

  • Analyze inactive customers and implement win-back strategies

  • Maintain and update customer data in Hyundai CRM / DMS

  • Track campaign performance and prepare daily / monthly MIS reports

  • Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints as per Hyundai guidelines

  • Support service revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling activities

  • Ensure compliance with Hyundai CSI & process standards
